I’ll admit I usually stick with my go-to fabric shop, so I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from somewhere else. But this fabric looked just like the photos, felt nice in person, and arrived quickly. Definitely made me question my loyalty a little!

The site is okay, I guess, but it felt like I had to work harder than I should’ve just to find the fabric I wanted. Some pages were slow for me, and the filters didn’t really help much, so I ended up wasting more time than expected. Checkout was easy once I finally got to that point, so at least that part didn’t give me trouble. Overall, it’s not terrible, but it could definitely be smoother.

I had an issue with my fabric order, and it was a bit frustrating at first. Customer service did get back to me and they fixed it eventually, so I do appreciate that. I just felt like it took longer than it should have, but maybe I was expecting it to move faster? Overall, not a bad experience, just kind of average for me

I had an okay experience with Moonlake Fabrics overall. I liked a few of the fabric options, my order showed up in a normal amount of time, and the quality seemed decent, so there wasn’t really anything wrong with the purchase itself.
The only thing that left me a little unsure was the sustainability side, because I kept looking for clearer details about where the fabrics are sourced, what kind of packaging they use, whether certain materials are actually eco-friendly, and how much thought goes into that whole process, and maybe the info is somewhere on the site and I just didn’t find it, but it didn’t feel as easy or transparent as I was hoping. Not a bad shop, just something I think they could explain better.

I’m only sharing this because it actually happened, and my first impression was that it felt worth mentioning. I’d rather keep it honest than exaggerate anything, so I’m just speaking from my own experience and the details that stood out to me

Was happy with the pattern selection here. Lots of cute prints, and not just the same designs you see everywhere else. Found what I needed quickly and ended up saving a few others for later too.

My order eventually showed up, but it was late and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I was just kind of left guessing when it would arrive lol.

It was so much less stressful than returns I’ve dealt with at other shops. Really appreciated how smoothly it all went.

I ordered some fabric from moonlakefabrics.com and the fabric itself was fine once it finally arrived. The colors and quality were pretty much what I expected, so no real complaints there... it just took way longer to get to me than I thought it would.
